BENEFITS OF MEMBERSHIP
Support Poudre Landmarks Foundation’s mission to preserve, restore and protect Fort Collins’ cultural treasures: the 1879 Avery House and the 1883 Water Works Building. Both City-owned properties are 100% staffed by volunteers who dedicate their time to conduct school tours and year-round weekend tours of the Avery House, monthly summer tours of the Water Works Building and host numerous annual and special events. Your membership dollars are needed to support the continuation of these tours and events.
Your membership includes free tickets to the Avery House (normally $6 admission fee), discounts on signature events such as the Historic Homes Tour, Halloween Tours, Water Works Concerts, and much more. You also receive a tote bag, discount on gift shop items, and discounted event rentals of the Avery House for private events. If you join at the Duo level or above, you'll also receive reciprocal benefits with the North American Reciprocal Museum (NARM), which provides free admission to over 1000 arts and cultural Institutions throughout North America.
